ABOUT US

since 1978

The beginningVegetal charcoal since 1978

Opened in 1978 in COURPIGNAC, in the south of Charente Maritime, our company grew through vegetal charcoal production.

Our manager, Christian Callegari, is an independent learner. Starting out as a winegrower close to the land and the vines, in 1978 he decided to open a factory that produces charcoal for barbecues…

2002: Diversification

In 2002, he became interested in the benefits of vegetal charcoal. At first, we conducted studies in animal nutrition and quickly noted its beneficial effects on digestive problems that result from toxins in fungi (fusarium, aspergillus, penecillium) and bacteria.

Our product is distributed worldwide through a network of field expert distributers. We still conduct many research investigations to better understand vegetal charcoal mechanisms… Request a product presentation here .

R&DAn ever expanding product line

Realizing how much damage grapevine diseases cause, and taking advantage of his experience with vegetal charcoal, in 2010 Mr. Callegari decided to enter the field. ESK protect® was born.

We sell our vegetal charcoal for different uses in the following areas:
